Day 01: Jun.28 / Aug.23 US - Shanghai
Depart on your scheduled flight to Shanghai, the financial capital of China and dynamic city of greater splendor. Meals and snacks will be served on the plane.

Day 02: Jun.29 / Aug.24 Shanghai
At 6:50pm you will arrive at Shanghai Pudong airport. You will be met by your National Guide. Transfer to your hotel for a 3-night’s stay.

Day 03: Jun.30 / Aug.25 Shanghai
After breakfast, visit the world-renowned Shanghai Museum, a museum of ancient Chinese art. After lunch, transfer to visit Pudong New Area, Oriental Pearl TV Tower. The tower, surrounded by the Yangpu Bridge in the northeast and the Nanpu Bridge in the southwest, creates a picture of ’twin dragons playing with pearls’. You will stroll along the bund. Located along the Huangpu River, the Bund shows off Shanghai’s outstanding foreign buildings, most of which were erected before 1937. Dinner on Bund and explore the area. Then Cruise on Huangpu River.
Day 04: Jul. 01 / Aug.26 Shanghai
Free day tour at World Expo. Themed Better City, Better Life, the 2010 World Expo Shanghai conveys a common wish of mankind for a better future and better city life. No Lunch and tour guide for today.
Day 05: Jul.02 / Aug.27 Shanghai - Beijing - Chengde
After breakfast, transfer to the airport and take a flight to Beijing. Drive to Jin Shan Ling Section of the Great Wall. You will have free time to explore the most amazing man-made structure in the world. Then continue on to Chengde. Check in hotel.

Day 06: Jul.03 / Aug.28 Chengde - Beijing AB,L,D
After breakfast, visit the Buddist Temple, Summer Resort and the Potola Palace (replica of the Tibetan Potola Palace). In the afternoon, drive back to Beijing. Enjoy the evening show at a tea house.
Day 07: Jul.04 / Aug.29 Beijing
In the morning, we’ll walk around Tiananmen Square, probably the largest and most magnificent public square in the world. Explore the Forbidden City, the largest and most well-preserved imperial palace whose vast and exotic grandeur was brilliantly captured in the movie The Last Emperor. Tour the Summer Palace, former summer retreat for the imperial family during the late Qing Dynasty and now China’s largest and best-preserved royal garden. Tonight’s dinner features China’s famous Peking duck.

Day08: Jul.05 / Aug.30 Beijing - Xi’an
In the morning, visit the Temple of Heaven; widely regarded as the noblest example of religious architectures in all of China, it was the site where emperors came to worship heaven for a bountiful harvest. Drive around and walk around the Olympic park garden sites. In the afternoon, take flight to Xi'an. If time permitting - visit laquor factory and Bell Tower. Dinner: Dumpling Banquet and Tang Dynasty Show.

Day 09: Jul.06 / Aug.31 Xi’an - Luoyang
After breakfast, take train to Luoyang. Visit the White Horse Temple, one of the earliest Buddhist temples. Check in hotel.

Day 10: Jul.07 / Sep.01 Luoyang
Visit Shaolin Temple, which is probably the most famous temple in China and the ancient center of Wuxi Marshal Arts or “kung-fu” fighting. It continues as a school and training center of the marshal arts.
Day 11: Jul.08 / Sep.02 Luoyang - Xi’an
Visit the Longmen Grottoes. The construction of the Longmen Grottoes began in 493 during the reign of Emperor Xiaowen and continued through the successive six dynasties, including Tang and Song, for a span of over 400 years. Altogether there are 1,352 caves, 785 niches, more than 97,000 statues of the Buddha, Bodhisativas, and Arhats, and 3,680 inscribed stone tablets along the 1-km-long cliff of Mt. Longmen .
In the afternoon, take a train to Xi'an.

Day 12: Jul.09 / Sep.03 Xi’an
After breakfast, visit Banpo Neolithic Site. It is the largest and most complete preservation of the matriarchal clan commune village sites, since 6,000 years of history. After lunch, visit the one of the most exciting archaeological finds of the 20th Century - the more than 6,000 of excavated Terracotta Warriors.
Day 13: Jul.10 / Sep.04 Xi’an - Wuhan
Transfer to the airport and take a flight to Wuhan.
